The noni

The noni is the name given to the fruit of Morinda Citrifolia which grows mainly on the islands of the Polynesia. The noni is a small tree rarely reaching more than 5 m of height the leaves of dark green color. Pale green fruits of this tree have a hillocky surface. The noni possesses the peculiarity to decorate with flowers and to give fruits all year long.

The Ancient Polynesian people considered the noni as the most important of plants crowned for its benefactions on the health. It used it in particular in numerous remedies to look after the insect bites, after hepatic pains, after colds, after flu, after bronchitises …

At the moment, pushed scientific studies are led on the virtues of the noni. So, some demonstrated that the extract of the juice of noni has an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidizing activity and an antidiabetic.

Tamanu Virgin Oil

Tahiti Vanilla

 Vanilla tahitensis is a species of orchid which produces the vanilla of Tahiti. This species of Vanilla grows only on the territory of The French Polynesia and more particularly in the region of islands under the wind (Huahine, Raiatea). Thanks to the perfect location of these islands associated with lands abounding in benefactions and in the know-how of the producers, the Vanilla of Tahiti is known for its exceptional aroma and its flavor.

Much fruitier and more flavourful, the Vanilla of Tahiti is the most appreciated and the rarest some vanillas. Its incredible pleasant, fruity and slightly chocolate notes make of her a real luxury item, very appreciated in gastronomy but also very popular by the big perfumers for its taste and its unique smell.

The ylang-ylang

The ylang-ylang is a tree, in the persistent foliage, he can reach 25 30 meters in his natural environment of origin. Its growth is very fast first years because he can reach 2 5 meters a year.

This tree is very estimated in the world of the perfume shop. Indeed, its petals loosen a penetrating smell, spiced reminding carnations, narcissuses and jasmine.
